Using the Communication Matrix - General Navigation

Start a New Matrix Administration for This Child

When you are ready to re-assess an individual, click here. You then are given a choice of starting a completely new Matrix from scratch or simply updating the last completed Matrix. When you start a new Matrix “from scratch” you may be entering data from a printed copy of the Matrix that you completed earlier. If this is the case, you will have the opportunity to enter the administration date, since it may be different from the date that you enter the data.
