Hello! I have been trying to create a matrix for one of my students. I enter all the information as prompted; however, when I get to the end and hit "view matrix." I see a blank matrix. None of my information seems to have been saved. Help!

The issue has been fixed, but unfortunately, the information was not saved from when you answered the questions. You will need to re-complete the Matrix assessment. Please email us at info@communicationmatrix.org for further questions.

I'm experiencing the same issues. Worked to complete a matrix together with a teacher yesterday and nothing was saved. It says completed but the skills list is blank and the visual matrix is all white boxes.

I think I see what the problem is. When I respond to the last question, the screen changes before I have a chance to hit "save and exit." I guess I won't answer the last question!

I tried this but if I don't answer the last question, it won't generate the score or the full matrix!

It is not generating any information! Just a blank matrix. Also it doesn't appear to be saving appropriately and will not print a skills list either.

The information you enter in the assessment is completely secure and cannot be identified. When you use this free service, we ask you to provide some very basic information about the individual you are assessing (gender, age, ethnic background, country of residence, disability and specific impairments) and your relationship to that person. Many teachers require their college students in communication disorders or child development classes to complete a Communication Matrix online. Please have your students use the Test Drive site for this purpose. You may ask them to print out the Profile and Communication Skills List as proof of their work.
